What services do you offer?

Dog walking: We offer both group and private walks, catering to different dog personalities and owner preferences. Pet sitting: We provide in-home care for both dogs and cats, which is often preferred by pet owners as it reduces stress on their animals. Drop-ins: are short visits to a client's home to care for their pets while they're away.
What are your operating hours?

Our administrative hours are typically from 9 AM to 5 PM to answer your questions. For inquiries outside of these hours, please email or text us, and we'll respond promptly.
Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, since we're a Limited Liability Company (LLC), we have to charge NYC sales tax of 8.875%.
Are you insured and bonded?

We are happy to administer medication as needed we do ask that you please provide clear instructions. Additional fees may apply

What are your group walk rates?

Standard group rates are available when booking at least 5 walks per week, but you must live along one of our dog walking routes to qualify. 30-min walk - $27.22 (tax included) 1-hr walk - $38.11 (tax included)
What are your dog walking service hours?

Our regular dog walking service hours are from 11am to 5pm Anything past 5pm will require an extra $10 fee Please contact us for availability and scheduling.

Will my dog have the same walker?

We understand your pup is family! That's why we assign each walker a specific neighborhood ("route") with a consistent group of dogs. This helps build strong bonds and minimizes disruptions. If your walker ever changes, we'll give you plenty of notice and a chance to meet their replacement beforehand. we match walkers with dogs
How will I know that my dog was picked up?

Do you leave dogs unattended while picking up others?

No, the safety of the dogs in our care is our top priority. We would never leave a dog unattended in a public area.
